Education
A special mission of Oasis is to provide not only basic necessities, but the education that can help women pull themselves and their families out of poverty. We depend on our tutors to provide additional help for women studying English as a Second Language, studying for their GED certificates, and learning basic and advanced Computer Skills.
Another essential educational service our volunteers provide is tutoring for students in our After School program (serving children from 6-12 years of age).
